Fluffy Onion Dosa Recipe (South Indian Breakfast)
What is Dosa?
It is a crepe-like, crispy, sour, and sometimes spicy type of dish which is very suitable to have for delicious breakfast. Origin belongs to South India. Basically made of fermented rice, black gram dhal, fenugreek, salt, and purified water.
It is mostly served with chutney, sambar, or any other side dishes according to your taste. The perfect dosa (as for me :)) is that the bottom should be crispy and the top a little soft. The combination of crispy and softness of dosa makes it yummy.
