Pour 1 cup of water and tea leaves into the pot and let it boil. When it starts to get a boil, add 1 tsp. of chopped fresh ginger, add 1 cardamom, 1 small stick of cinnamon, 1 piece of star anise, and 2-3 pieces of peppercorn.

Once you added all the spices, lower the flame let it boil for a couple of minutes, and then pour 1 glass of milk. And let it boil again for 2 minutes by adding at the same time sugar according to your wish.
